How do I cancel my ticket?
To cancel your ticket, click “Open support case” below. Enter your booking number and email and click on “I want to cancel my ticket”. You'll be offered an option to cancel the ticket if the cancellation is possible.
Each operator has its own cancellation rules which are displayed during the booking process. Click on the “Cancellation” tab at checkout to see them.
Please note that after you have picked up your SRT train tickets, or we have handed them over to the shipping company, we will not be able to either refund or change them anymore. In that case, you need to go to the railway station with your boarding passes and ask if a refund is possible. The earlier you do this, the higher the refund.
